March 1 – June 30 - $40
July 1 – September 15 - $45
September 16 – October 6th - $50

Refund / Transfer Policy for the 2012 Grampian Challenge Mountain Bike Race: 

30 days or more prior to the event = 75% refund

15-30 days = 50% refund

14-6 days = 25% refund

5 days - Day of event = No refund

All refunds will be given as mailed checks from Infiterra Sports LLC.  If you need to drop from the race and need a refund, please contact luke@infiterrasports.com.

We will allow you to transfer your race entry to another participant up to October 2nd for a $10 transfer fee.  After that date, transfers are not allowed.   When transferring, you will be required to pay the difference, if any exist, between the original participant’s category and the new participant’s category.  All transfers will be done by contacting luke@infiterrasports.com.  All payments for transfers must be by check payment, no credit card option.
